Recent Progresses in Multiplex Immunohistochemistry Techniques for Tumor Markers Analysis
摘要
Abstract
Multiplex immunohistochemistry is a novel pathological tissue staining imaging and analysis technology.It can comprehensively analyze the cellular phenotype,composition and morphology by simultaneously analyzing biomarkers' description and spatial distribution on a single tissue section.In the last ten years,this technology has been successfully applied in tumor immunity research,which opens a new way to diagnose tumors.In this review,based on the recently developed multiplex immunohistochemical technology,several new techniques for detecting tumor markers for immunodiagnostic purposes and analyzing the tumor microenvironment were reviewed.The research prospects in multiplex immunohistochemistry in tumor diagnosis and therapy were also discussed.关键词
