摘要

Abstract

A composite of Ti3C2Tx-MXene-polydiallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride(PDDA)-reduced graphene oxide(rGO)was prepared by electrostatic assembly method for electrochemical detection of iodate.Ti3C2Tx-MXene was firstly prepared by HF etching Ti3AlC2.Then,a PDDA functionalized rGO was synthesized by in situ chemical reduction with hydrazine hydrate as reducing agent in the presence of PDDA.When Ti3C2Tx-MXene was dispersed into PDDA-rGO dispersion,the Ti3C2Tx-MXene-PDDA-rGO composite was obtained by the electrostatic interaction between PDDA and Ti3C2Tx lamellar.The composition and morphology of this composite were characterized using scanning electron microscopy,energy dispersive spectrum,X-ray diffraction and Raman spectroscopy.The electrochemical behaviors of iodate on this composite modified electrode were investigated carefully.The results showed that Ti3C2Tx-MXene and rGO lamellae could be assembled together by electrostatic interaction of positively charged polyelectrolyte PDDA.This electrostatic assembly could realize ultra-thin and high stability loading of Ti3C2Tx-MXene lamellae on the surface of PDDA-rGO,and therefore increased the electrochemical active areas of composite.Furthermore,Ti3C2Tx-MXene and rGO could improve the electrochemical activity of the composite.At the same time,positively charged PDDA also exhibited electrostatic interaction with iodate ion,which accelerateed the mass transfer efficiency of it.Under the synergistic action of the above factors,this modified electrode showed high catalytic activity for the electrochemical reduction of iodate.In 0.10 mol/L HCl,the linear range for amperometric detection of iodate was 1.0×10-7-4.7×10-3 mol/L,with a detection limit of 4.5×10-8 mol/L(S/N=3).The sensitivity of the electrode to iodate was 192 μA/(mmol/L).Compared with other electrochemical sensors of iodate,this electrode showed the characteristics of low detection limit,high sensitivity,as well as wide linear range,and could be used for the determination of iodate in table salts.
