摘要

Abstract

To select the optimal substrate for planting soybean sprouts and vegetables.Soybean variety Zhongpin 661 was used as experimental material,and vermiculite,peat and perlite were used as main matrix materials to evaluate the effects of different substrates on biological characteristics of sprouts.The results showed that the fresh weight of soybean sprouts and vegetables cultivated on peat substrate(D2)was significantly higher than that cultivated on garden soil(Y)by 29.44%.The soluble protein content was significantly higher than 10.16%in garden soil(Y)cultivation.The proline content was significantly higher than 262.50%in garden soil(Y)cultivation.The aboveground water content of soybean sprouts cultivated on a substrate of peat:vermiculite:perlite=1:1:1(F2)was significantly higher than that of garden soil(Y)cultivation by 5.47%,which is beneficial for improving the taste and tenderness of sprouts.In summary,peat cultivation medium(D2)is the most ideal cultivation medium for soybean sprouts and vegetables.
