A Two-layer-four-level Stochastic-robust Optimization Model and Its Solution

Abstract
A distribution operator-multi-microgrid two-layer-four-level stochastic-robust optimization model and its solution method are proposed,considering scenario probability and output uncertainty.Based on the principle of the master-slave game,the master-slave relationship between the upper-tier distribution operator and the lower-tier microgrid is constructed,and the transaction mechanism of the master-slave game is analyzed;the distribution operator establishes a stochastic pricing model considering the probability uncertainty of wind power scenarios;the lower tier microgrid establishes a stochastic robust optimal dispatch model with a four-tier structure,namely min-max-max-min,taking into account the effects of the probability uncertainty of the wind power scenarios and the power uncertainty;a variable alternating iteration four-tier stochastic optimization model is proposed,and a solution method is proposed.model;a column constraint generation algorithm with alternating variable iterations is proposed to solve the stochastic-robust model of the lower microgrid by decoupling the four-level structure;and a particle swarm algorithm is used to solve the non-convex two-level optimization model.Finally,the validity of the proposed model and method is verified by an arithmetic example.关键词
