通督强脊操对强直性脊柱炎脊柱功能的影响
The Effect of Du Meridian-dredging and Spine-strengthening Exercise on Spinal Function in Ankylosing Spondylitis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Du Meridian-dredging and Spine-strengthening Exercise on spinal function in patients with ankylosing spondylitis.Methods:Seventy-two patients with ankylosing spondylitis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 36 cases in each group.Based on basic treatment,the control group was treated with"Xiaoyanfei"(an exercise imitating flying swallows)and the treatment group with Du Meridian-dredging and Spine-strengthening Exercise.Both groups were intervened for 3 months.The morning stiffness time,Schöber test,occipital wall distance,finger ground distance,chest range of motion,VAS,and BASFI of both groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the morning stiffness time,Schöber test,occipital wall distance,finger ground distance,chest range of motion,VAS,and BASFI of patients in both groups improved compared to before treatment(P<0.05);and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Du Meridian-dredging and Spine-strengthening Exercise can not only improve the spinal function of patients with ankylosing spondylitis,but also alleviate their negative emotions and improve their quality of life.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
