基于国家专利的中药外治复方治疗痛风性关节炎的用药规律研究
A Study on the Medication Rules of TCM External Treatment Formula for Gouty Arthritis Based on National Patents

Abstract
Objective:Based on the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)inheritance computing platform V3.0,this study aims to explore the TCM external treatment formulas for gouty arthritis in the national patent database,and analyze their medication rules.Methods:The data of external treatment prescriptions of patent Chinese medicine for gouty arthritis in the Chinese patent publication website of the China National Intellectual Property Administration were retrieved,and a database was established in Excel 2021 to conduct statistics on the frequency and efficacy of Chinese medicine.The traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform V3.0 was used to analyze the rules of prescri-ption and potential new prescriptions,and display complex network diagrams.Results:Two hundred and sixty-nine patented TCM formulas were screened for the treatment of gouty arthritis,involving 431 Chinese medicines.The top three medicines with the highest frequency of use are Huangbai(Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis),Honghua(Flos Carthami),and Binpian(Borneolum Syntheticum).Among the four qi,warm is the main one;among the five flavors,bitter,and of the channel entry,the liver and spleen channels.The main Chinese medicines are those that activate blood,remove stasis,clear heat,dispel wind and eliminate dampness.The high-frequency medicinal combinations mainly include"Ruxiang(Olibanum),Moyao(Myrrha)""Huangbai(Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis),Dahuang(Radix et Rhizoma Rhei)""Dahuang(Radix et Rhizoma Rhei),Bingpian(Borneolum Syntheticum)"Important association rules include"Honghua(Flos Carthami),Moyao(Myrrha)→Ruxiang(Olibanum)""Moyao(Myrrha)→Ruxiang(Olibanum)"and"Huangbai(Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis),Bingpian(Borneolum Syntheticum)→ Dahuang(Radix et Rhizoma Rhei)".The core combinations include"Honghua(Flos Carthami)-Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis)-Jixueteng(Caulis Spatholobi)-Qianghuo(Rhizoma et Radix Notopterygii)-Fangfeng(Radix Saposhnikoviae)-Duzhong(Cortex Eucommiae)".Five possible new prescription combinations were identified through formula clustering analysis.Conclusion:Patented TCM external treatment formulas mainly treat gouty arthritis through functions such as promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,clearing heat and resolving toxins,dispelling wind and eliminating dampness.When developing new medicines,it is possible to consider using Huangbai,Honghua,Bingpian as the core prescription medicines together with modifications.关键词
