Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical characteristics and risk factors of cardiovascular disease(CVD)in young patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods:Clinical data of 131 SLE patients aged 20 to 40 who were hospitalized at the Fifth Affiliated Hospital Sun Yat-sen University from January 2015 to October 2020 were collected.Patients were divided into a cardiovascular disease group(CVD group)and a non-cardiovascular disease group(n-CVD group)based on results of electrocardiogram and echocardiography,et al.Demographic data,clinical manifestations,and laboratory indicators of both groups were compared.Statistically significant indicators from univariate analysis were incorporated into multivariate logistic regression analysis to identify risk factors for SLE combined with cardiovascular damage.Results:Compared with the n-CVD group,the CVD group had lower levels of hemoglobin,complement C3,and albumin,and higher SLEDAI-2000 scores,D-dimer levels,and positive rates of anti-Ro-52 antibodies.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that anti-Ro-52 antibodies were a risk factor for concurrent CVD in SLE patients(OR = 3.048,95%CI =[1.290,7.203],P = 0.011).Conclusion:Cardiovascular damage is common in young SLE patients,and anti-Ro-52 antibodies may be a risk factor for SLE combined with CVD.关键词
