摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the correlation between mammary image features and axillary lymph node metastasis based on BI-RADS ultrasound risk stratification system.Methods:171 breast lesions from 165 breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects, and all patients underwent breast ultrasound(US)examination to analyze the correlation between ultrasound image features of breast cancer and axillary lymph node metastasis(ALNM).Results:ALNM was significantly correlated with calcification in breast cancer patients(P<0.05),and was significantly correlated with single/multiple or diffuse tumors, blood flow richness and maximum diameter of lesions(P<0.001),and no significant correlation with morphology, margins, aspect ratio, and posterior echo(P>0.05).The four indexes related to ALNM were multivariate analyzed, and the relative risks of calcification, blood flow richness, tumor number and maximum diameter were 0.943,8.216,2.768 and 3.867,respectively,among which blood flow richness was of great significance forjudging ALNM.Breast lesions with 4 or 5 malignant ultrasound image features have a higher ALNM positivity rate. Conclusions:Based on the BI-RADS ultrasound risk stratification system, whether axillary lymph nodes are metastasized can be determined according to different image features, which provides a reliable basis for the formulation of clinical staging and prognosis assessment.关键词
