目的:探究基于美国放射学会(ACR)乳腺影像报告与数据系统(BI-RADS)的乳腺图像特征与腋窝淋巴结转移(ALNM)的相关性.方法:选取2020年3月至2023年1月期间本院收治的165例乳腺癌(BC)患者171个乳腺病灶作为研究对象,所有患者进行乳腺超声(US)检查,分析BC的超声图像特征与ALNM的相关性.结果:BC患者ALNM与钙化灶有无存在显著相关性(P<0.05),与肿瘤单发/多发或弥漫、血流丰富程度、病灶最大径存在极显著相关性…查看全部>>
