摘要
Abstract
The surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)composite hydrogel substrate has the advantages of high detection sensitivity,better uniformity,good reproducibility,long-term stability,strong anti-interference and ease of operation,etc.Compared with other flexible SERS substrates,the molecular sieving effect of hydrogel can preclude macromolecular interference in complex samples and simplify or even eliminate the sample pretreatment process.This review summarized the research progress of hydrogel SERS substrates,focusing on diversified strategies for fabrication of hydrogel SERS substrates,including in situ synthesis,embedding/insertion,deposition and adsorption,as well as the application status of hydrogel SERS substrates in environmental monitoring,food safety and biomedicine,which could provide references for the development and application of SERS technology.关键词
