摘要

Abstract

HTV silicone rubber composite insulator is an important part of the overhead transmission line,its abnor-mal febrile state will aggravate the aging of the shed in the long-term outdoor operation,which will,in case of serious condition,threaten the safe operation of the transmission line.Through 480 h artificially thermal aging test on the shed samples of the HTV silicone rubber composite insulator and measurement of such multiple performance parame-ters as Shore hardness,WCA,FTIR,micro topography and surface flashover voltage,the thermal aging characteris-tics of the sample are analyzed.The study results show that the hardening of the shed can be intensified and the hy-drophobicity of the material is reduced after long-term thermal aging.With the increase of thermal aging time,the ag-ing degree of the shed sample increases,and the surface flashover voltage increases first and then decreases.
