宫颈癌根治术后患者自我管理行为量表的编制及信效度检验
Development and validity testing of a self-management behavior scale for patients after radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer

Abstract
Objective This paper aims to develop a self-management behavior scale for patients after radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer and test the reliability and validity of the scale,so as to provide a consistent evaluation tool for future research and a basis for targeted nursing interventions.Methods A pool of scale items was constructed based on a literature review and semi-structured qualitative interviews.The initial scale was formed through expert consultation and applicability testing.Convenience sampling was used to survey 195 patients who underwent radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer in a grade A tertiary hospital in Guangzhou from August to October 2023.After item analysis and exploratory factor analysis to optimize the items,a formal survey was conducted from October to December 2023 to test the reliability and validity of the scale a-mong 220 patients.Results A total of 184 and 210 valid questionnaires were collected in the two rounds of surveys,respec-tively.After item optimization,a self-management behavior scale for patients after radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer was formed,consisting of 7 dimensions(health lifestyle management,sexual rehabilitation management,stoma care,com-plications monitoring and prevention,information management,emotional management,role management)and 27 items.Exploratory factor analysis extracted 7 common factors with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 68.493%.Confirma-tory factor analysis showed a good model fit(χ2/df=1.668,CFI=0.917,RMSEA=0.056).The overall content validity index of the scale was 0.926,the average content validity was 0.988,and the item-level content validity index ranged from 0.833 to 1.000.The Cronbach's α coefficient of the total scale was 0.816,and the test-retest reliability was 0.596.Conclu-sion The self-management behavior scale for patients after radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer developed in this study has good reliability and validity,which can be used as an evaluation tool for self-management behavior in these patients.关键词
