AIF1在急性髓系白血病中的表达及生物信息学分析
Expression and bioinformatics analysis of AIF1 in acute myeloid leukemia

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the value of allograft inflammatory factor 1(AIF1)in immunity and prognosis of acute myeloid leukemia(AML).Methods:AIF1 expression in AML and its relationship with survival and prognosis were analyzed by bioinformatics methods.The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)and genotype-tissue expression(GTEx)data analysis showed that AIF1 may be a potential oncogene in AML.The function of AIF1 was further analyzed by functional enrichment analysis,gene set enrichment analysis(GSEA),and protein interaction network(PPI)analysis.Wilcoxon signed rank test and Logistic regression analysis were used to determine the relationship between AIF1 and the clinicopathological characteristics of AML patients.The re-lationship between AIF1 expression and overall survival(OS)of AML patients was evaluated by Cox regression and Kaplan-Meier survival curve.Finally,the expression of AIF1 in bone marrow samples of AML patients was verified by qRT-PCR and Western blot.Results:AIF1 is highly expressed in AML and is associated with poor prognosis.Overall survival of POSTN high expression group was shorter than that of POSTN low expression group.Conclusion:AIF1 is highly expressed in AML,whose expression is correlated with overall survival of AML patients.These results suggest that AIF1 may be a potential poor prognostic marker in AML patients.关键词
