Expression and clinical significance of RCN1 and GRP78 in colorectal cancer
目的:检测RCN1和GRP78在结直肠癌组织中的表达水平,分析与临床病理特点的相关性,并探索预后价值.方法:采用TCGA及UALCAN数据库分析RCN1和HSPA5 mRNA在结直肠癌中的表达情况,收集临床标本进行免疫组化验证两者表达情况,分析与临床病理特征的相关性及预后价值.结果:生物信息学分析表明,RCN1和HSPA5 mRNA在结直肠癌中都显著高表达,并且两者表达呈正相关.RCN1表达与N分期及TP53突变显著相关,HSPA5在黏液腺癌中的…查看全部>>
