脂氧合酶在前列腺癌中的作用研究进展
Research progress on the role of lipoxygenase in prostate cancer
摘要
Abstract
Prostate cancer is a common disease in middle-aged and elderly men.Studies have shown that the lipoxygenase(LOX)pathway plays an important role in its occurrence,development,invasion,and metastasis,and can serve as a new target for its pre-vention and treatment.LOX mainly includes 5-LOX,12-LOX,15-LOX-1,and 15-LOX-2,among which 5-LOX and 12-LOX pro-mote the occurrence,development,invasion,and metastasis of prostate cancer.Although 15-LOX-1 promotes prostate cancer,it plays a key role in the anti-prostate cancer process of docosahexaenoic acid(DHA).15-LOX-2 has an inhibitory effect on prostate cancer.This article comprehensively reviews the role and mechanism of LOX in prostate cancer,aiming to provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of prostate cancer.关键词
