非结核分枝杆菌肺病的诊疗研究进展OACSTPCD
Progress in the diagnosis and treatment of nontuberculosis mycobacterium pulmonary disease
非结核分枝杆菌(non-tuberculosis mycobacteria,NTM)肺病为临床多发病,其发病率呈现逐渐上升态势,其诊疗问题备受关注.本文通过搜集国内外相关研究资料,综述NTM诊断、治疗研究现状,总结研究成果,分析现有研究不足,希望为NTM临床诊疗提供参考,并为今后研究的进一步开展提供参考依据.
Nontuberculous mycobacterium(NTM)pulmonary disease is a clinical frequently occurring disease,and its in-cidence rate is gradually rising.The diagnosis and treatment of NTM pulmonary disease has attracted much attention.This paper collects relevant research data at home and abroad,reviewing the current status of NTM diagnosis and treatment research,summa-rizing research results,analyzing existing research shortcomings,and hoping to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of NTM and provide reference basis for further research in the future.
