Gremlin-1在骨关节炎中的研究进展
Research progress of Gremlin-1 in osteoarthritis
摘要
Abstract
Gremlin-1 is a bone morphogenetic protein(BMP)antagonist,by directly binding to the receptor and inhibiting BMP signaling and functioning,in which BMP is involved in the normal development of bone tissue and the process of maintaining homeostasis,according to studies,Gremlin-1 inhibition of BMP protein in osteoarthritis(OA)occurrence,development has great significance,nowadays,many scholars have found that Gremlin-1 and OA progression is closely related,Notably,Gremlin-1 is al-so involved in the process of interfering with the cell viability of mesenchymal stem cells and mediating osteoblast differentiation by related signaling pathways,leading to further deterioration of OA.Therefore,this article mainly starts from Gremlin-1 gene,dis-cusses the relationship with OA and mediates related signaling pathways,inhibits the process of bone formation and affects the progress of OA.关键词
