Correlation between HIF-1α and cognitive impairment in patients with chronic kidney disease
摘要
Abstract
This study analyzes,summarizes,and reviews the epidemiology and pathogenesis in patients with chronic kidney disease complicated by cognitive impairment,as well as the structure,regulation,and function of hypoxia-inducible factor 1(HIF-1),and the mechanisms underlying the correlation between HIF-1α and cognitive impairment in these patients.It pro-poses future research directions on how to provide appropriate intervention measures for patients with chronic kidney disease complicated by cognitive impairment,taking advantage of strengths and avoiding weaknesses.关键词
