大气中微塑料的采集和检测方法研究进展
A review of methods for the detection and analysis of microplastics in the atmosphere
摘要
Abstract
Microplastics are plastic particles with a particle size of less than 5 mm,widely existing in various environmental media,because of its small particle size and large specific surface area,it is easy to be directly inhaled to cause toxic effects.Microplastic pollution has attracted global attention,but the research on atmospheric microplastic is still imperfect,and its sample treatment and detection methods are immature.The collection method of microplastic samples in the atmosphere includes active sampling and passive sampling.The main processing of the pretreatment mainly includes 2 steps:dissolution and separation.The main methods of identifying and quantifying microplastic are the visual method,FTIR,SEM,PYR-GC/MS,and Raman spectrometry method.The methods for detecting microplastics in the air were summarized,the limitations of these methods were discussed,and the need to establish standardized methods for sampling and detection in future research was suggested.关键词
