低品位滑石提纯工艺试验研究OA
Experimental study on the purification process of low-grade talc
我国低品位滑石需求量低,但高品位滑石供不应求,为了提高低品位滑石的利用价值,通过化学提纯与水热合成相结合的方法,以低品位滑石、硅酸钠为原料合成高品位滑石.分析了低品位滑石在不同时间下的酸溶解情况,探究了脉石矿物(菱镁矿)完全溶解的最佳时间.通过考查低品位滑石预处理方式、是否煅烧、前驱体形成条件、水热反应温度、时间等因素对产物结晶度和纯度的影响,得到最佳提纯合成工艺条件:在 80℃下酸处理 2 h后低品位滑石中的菱镁矿完全溶解;在 60℃下将酸解混合液与硅酸钠混合,调节体系pH 至 7~8 预反应 6 h获得前驱体,前驱体在180℃水热条件下反应 13 h,最终制备出了高品位滑石.研究成果可为我国低品位滑石的高值化利用提供借鉴.
The demand for low-grade talc is low in China,but high-grade talc is in short supply.In order to improve the utilization value of low-grade talc,high-grade talc was synthesized from low-grade talc and sodium silicate by com-bining chemical purification with hydrothermal synthesis.The acid dissolution of low-grade talc at different time was analyzed,and the best time of complete dissolution of gangue mineral(magnesite)was investigated.By examining the effects of factors such as pretreatment method,calcination,precursor formation condition,hydrothermal reaction tem-perature,time of low-grade talc on the crystallinity and purity of the synthesized product,the optimal purification process conditions were obtained:the magnesite in the low-grade talc was completely dissolved after acid treatment at 80℃for 2 h;At 60℃,the acid hydrolysis mixture was mixed with sodium silicate,and the pH of the system was adjusted to 7~8 for pre-reaction for 6 h to obtain the precursor,and the precursor reacted at 180℃under hydrother-mal conditions for 13 h,and finally prepared high-grade talc.The research results can provide reference for the high-value utilization of low-grade talc in China.
