European experiences and references in integrating climate change into environmental impact assessment
摘要
Abstract
European countries have accumulated experience in incorporating climate change into environmental impact assessment by clarifying the legal basis,carrying out application practices,and revising technical guidelines methods,and procedures.By analyzing relevant guidelines,methods,technical processes,and cases,practices and characteristics of incorporating environmental impact assessment in response to climate change in Europe were summarized,a clear legal basis for incorporating climate change into environmental impact assessment was proposed,technical guidelines,methods,and data databases were improved,a management mechanism for incorporating climate change into environmental impact assessment was explored.Coordinated implementation of pilot work and other proposals.关键词
