Ecological protection and restoration zoning and control of mineral resource-based cities
2000-2020年期间,伴随着城镇发展格局变化、矿产资源开采等因素,鞍山市主城区内生态格局已经发生了改变,现有城市生态空间布局还不能满足国土空间生态安全建设的总体要求.基于此,以鞍山市主城区生态环境问题和生态结构特征为基本导向,基于生态系统服务功能重要性与生态敏感性的评价结果,得到研究区生态保护重要性的空间分布结果.综合生态保护重要性空间分布结果、土地利用类型、生态环境主要问题等内容,将研究区划分为严格保护区、重点管控区、景观利用区、优化协调区和核心修复区 5个分区,根据各分区的主导功能以及生态保护修复目标,提出具体的管控和生态保护修复策略.
From 2000 to 2020,along with the change of urban development pattern,mineral resource exploitation and other factors,the ecological pattern in the main urban area of Anshan has changed.The existing urban ecological spatial layout couldn't meet the overall requirements for the construction of territorial ecological security.Based on the evaluation results of the importance of ecosystem services and ecological sensitivity,the spatial distribution results of the importance of ecological protection in the study area were obtained with the ecological environment problems and ecological structure characteristics in the main urban area of Anshan as the basic guidance.Based on the spatial distribution results of ecological protection importance,land use types,and main ecological environment problems,the study area was divided into 5 zones,namely strict protection area,key control area,landscape utilization area,optimized coordination area,and core restoration area.According to the leading functions and ecological protection and restoration objectives of each sub-area,specific control and ecological protection and restoration strategies were put forward.
