中医药治疗血液透析伴焦虑或抑郁障碍研究进展
Research Progress in the Treatment of Hemodialysis with Anxiety or Depression Disorders with TCM

Abstract
Hemodialysis is one of the commonly used kidney replacement therapies for end-stage uremia patients,but long-term hemodi-alysis can lead to psychological problems such as anxiety or depression.TCM treatments include internal treatments,external treatments,compound therapies,etc.Among them,TCM internal treatments include classic formula therapy,updated formula therapy,self-made for-mula therapy,Chinese patent medicine therapy,etc.TCM external treatments include acupoint therapy,Chinese medicine foot bath,five-element music therapy,exercise therapy,etc.The effect of compound therapy combined with Chinese medicine for oral administration and external use and conventional Western medicine and nursing is better than that of any single therapy.There are still some shortcom-ings in the current research,such as lack of clear differentiation and classification of syndrome,unclear mechanism of action,limited clinical sample size,and lack of rigorous randomized controlled trials.In the future,the sample size should be expanded,randomized controlled trials should be strictly implemented,and specific mechanisms of action should be explored to provide more high-quality evi-dence to support the clinical effect of TCM in the treatment of hemodialysis with anxiety or depression disorders.In addition,TCM exter-nal treatment should become one of the key research directions of hemodialysis with anxiety and depression disorders.关键词
