鸡血藤复方的提取工艺研究
Study on the optimization of extraction process of Jixueteng compound preparation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To optimize the extraction process of anti-tumor traditional Chinese medicine-Jixueteng compound preparation,and establish a foundation for the development of the new traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Volatile oil from Curcumae Rhizoma was extracted by steam distillation method,and the extraction technology was optimized by single-factor test.The extraction process of Jixueteng compound preparation was optimized by orthogonal test,with the decoction frequency,decoction time and amount of water added as the investigation factors,and with the saikosaponin A,Polyphyllin Ⅰ,Polyphyllin Ⅱ,Polyphyllin Ⅶ contents and solid mass as the comprehensive evaluation indicators,and then the verification test was conducted.Results The optimal preparation process was as follows:extracted 5 h with 14 times the amount of water to collect oil.The rest medical materials with herb residue were boiled thrice with 6 times of the amount of water,2 hour for each time.Conclusion The extraction process of Jixueteng compound preparation has been optimized.The process conditions are reasonable,stable and feasible,which can provide an experimental basis for the industrial production of Jixueteng formula preparation.关键词
