摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the problems of coexistence of qualitative and quantitative indicators and uncertainty of evaluation information in the effectiveness evaluation process of aviation equipment support system,an effectiveness evaluation method based on hesitant fuzzy hybrid cloud model is proposed.According to the hybrid rules between the transition of language variables and normal cloud models,the hesitant fuzzy language term set is transformed into a trapezoidal cloud model.Based on the numerical characteristics of the cloud model,the hesitation function and scale function of the hesitant fuzzy language term set are proposed,the qualitative indicators are quantified and the hesitation,fuzziness and randomness of the evaluation information are balanced.The effectiveness evaluation indicator system is weighted by using interval analytic hierarchy process and grey wolf optimization algorithm,the effectiveness degree of the system is determined.Through the comparison of application examples and methods,it shows that the hesitant fuzzy hybrid cloud model not only has reliable evaluation results,but also can identify the running state of the system and the shortcomings of the system construction are found,the important reference for improving the system effectiveness is provided and it is more practical.
