摘要

Abstract

[Objective]It is to analyze at the molecular level the effects of activation of the Cunnirghamia lanceolata endophytic forage-like Bacillus pabuli(Paenibacillus pabuli)on host transcript levels,and to explore the molecular mechanism of P.pabuli in promoting growth of C.lanceolata,which provides a theoretical basis for the development and utilization of P.pabuli.[Method]Using the tissue culture seedlings of C.lanceolata as the experimental materials,the transcriptome sequencing analysis was performed on the tissue culture seedlings of C.lanceolata designed to co-cultivate activated endophytic P.pabuli SY0317 as the experimental group and the tissue culture seedlings of C.lanceolata without activated endophytic P.pabuli as the control group.[Result]A total of 2 358 differential genes were obtained from the transcriptome data of the experimental and control groups,of which 1580 genes were up-regulated and 778 genes were down-regulated.These genes are mainly enriched in the pathways of glycerolipid metabolism,riboflavin metabolism,tryptophan biosynthesis,glycerophospholipid metabolism,and purine metabolism.[Conclusion]The key genes associated with plant growth promotion are AGAL2,ASE1,ALDH3F1,IGPS,APS3,UGP3,NPC6,At5g35170,NPC2,ASP2,NMT3,and PAP3,among which the ASP2 gene is down-regulated and the remaining 11 genes are up-regulated,which are involved in regulating the growth of the plant and play an important role.
