摘要

Abstract

Concentration of inorganic nitrogen in soil is the first prerequisite for understanding soil nitrogen migration in time,controlling nitrogen application accurately and preventing soil nitrogen pollution effectively.In this paper,the principles,characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of the existing foreign and domestic standard analytical methods for inorganic nitrogen in soil were summarized.It was found that the methods used in the current standards are basically spectrophotometric and Kjeldahl methods.Manual analytical methods have the disadvantages of many operation steps and long time-consuming,which can hardly satisfy the requirements of rapid analysis and testing of batch soil samples.Automated instrument analysis methods have the drawbacks of complex reactions and susceptibility to interference,which directly affect the accuracy of measurement results.In addition,under the premise of the same principle,there are many inconsistencies in the pretreatment methods and detection conditions of the existing standards,which lead to the non-comparability of the data obtained.After comprehensive comparison with the methods used in various research reports at present,it is proposed that Gas-Phase Molecular Absorption Spectrometry has obvious advantages in terms of method performance,detection efficiency,and instrument cost,and will definitely become the preferred method for standard formulation and revision in the future.
