摘要

Abstract

In October 2023,the world's first case of robot-assisted partial gastrectomy with Billroth Ⅰ anastomosis for gastric plexiform fibromyxoma in a child was successfully performed in Guangzhou Women and Children's Medical Center,Guangzhou Medical University.There were no postoperative complications such as bleeding and anastomotic fistula.CT scan was performed 3 months after surgery and no recurrence was observed.At present,the patient has recovered well.Robot-assisted partial gastrectomy with Billroth I anastomosis for gastric plexiform fibromyxoma in children is safe and feasible.However,there are no relevant reports,and its clinical efficacy should be confirmed with further studies.
