Robot-assisted thoracoscopic surgery for pulmonary sequestration in pediatric patients undergoing day surgery:a case report(with video)
摘要
Abstract
In January 2022,a 6-year-old child with right extralobar pulmonary sequestration underwent robot-assisted thoracoscopic surgery with ambulatory surgery at the children's Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine.The surgery was completed smoothly under the day surgery mode,with a total operative time of 60 min and blood loss of 1ml.No thoracic drainage tube was applied.The patient recovered well and was discharged without complications.With better diagnosis and treatment experience,faster postoperative recovery,and higher satisfaction,it is safe and feasible to adopt ERAS(Enhanced Recovery After Surgery)into the perioperative management in pulmonary sequestration children undergoing robot-assisted day surgery,which could benefit both physicians and patients.关键词
