Song Pengcheng's Experience of Treating Spondylotic Radiculopathy by Using"Three Steps-Two Positions-Five Manipulation"for Regulating Tendons

Abstract
According to chief physician Song Pengcheng,the etiologies of spondylotic radiculopathy are as follows:deficiency of healthy qi and endowment,invasion by external pathogens,deficiency of the liver and kidney in old age,improper exercise and rest,irregular di-et,injuries from knocks and falls.The above etiologies can transform each other in different situations,causing meridian obstruction leading to spondylotic radiculopathy.Based on the bone-setting method of"pulling,stretching,rotating and pulling"established by Pro-fessor Song Guijie,combined with the characteristics of contemporary cervical spondylosis and expert clinical experience,Professor Song Pengcheng has summed up the"three steps-two positions and five-manipulation"to adjust tendons,which is mainly used.Combined with external application of Dunhuang Rheumatism-Removing Paste and cervical rehabilitation function exercise,the treatment of spon-dylotic radiculopathy is effective.关键词
