成长型思维对高职新生就业焦虑的影响:手机冷落行为的中介作用
Effect of growth mindset on employment anxiety of vocational college freshmen:The mediating effect of phubbing

Abstract
Objective:To explore the relationship between growth mindset,phubbing,and employment anxiety a-mong vocational college freshmen,and to investigate the mediating role of phubbing between growth mindset and employment anxiety.Methods:A total of 1229 new vocational college students in Anhui Province were selected as the research subjects,and a growth mindset scale,a phubbing scale,and a college student employment anxiety scale were used for measurement and analysis.Results:The correlation analysis results showed that there was a significant nega-tive correlation between growth mindset and employment anxiety among vocational college freshmen(r=-0.13,P＜0.01),and a significant negative correlation with phubbing(r=-0.16,P＜0.01).Phubbing was significantly positively correlated with employment anxiety(r=0.36,P＜0.01).Mediation analysis showed that phubbing played a partial mediating role between growth mindset and employment anxiety,with the mediating effect accounting for 41.67％of the total effect.Conclusion:Growth mindset not only directly affects employment anxiety of vocational college fresh-men,but also indirectly affects individual employment anxiety by reducing the level of phubbing.关键词
