海马补肾壮阳丸治疗肾阳虚型特发性少精子症临床研究
Clinical Study on Haima Kidney-Nourishing and Yang-Strengthening Pills in the Treatment of Idiopathic Oligozoospermia with Syndrome of Kidney Yang Deficiency

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Haima Kidney-Nourishing and Yang-Strengthening Pills on idiopathic oligozo-ospermia with syndrome of kidney yang deficiency.Methods:A total of 180 patients with idiopathic oligozoospermia were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method,with 90 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Haima Kidney-Nourishing and Yang-Strengthening Pills for oral administration,while the control group was given Clomiphene Citrate Tablets for oral administration.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome efficacy,spouse pregnancy rate,sperm concentration and TCM syndrome score changes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The levels of serum testosterone(T),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and serum inhibin B(INHB)were detected before and after treatment in the two groups.Results:In terms of clinical efficacy,the effective rate of the treatment group was 79.55%,while that of the control group was 62.07%,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).In terms of TCM syndrome efficacy,the effective rate of the treatment group was86.36%,while that of the control group was 51.72%,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate of the spouse in the treatment group was 16.67%,while that in the control group was 5.07%,the treatment group's pregnancy rate was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The sperm concentration of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the treatment group's was higher than that of the control group after treat-ment,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The levels of T,FSH,LH,and INHB in the two groups after treatment were higher than those of the same group before treatment,while the T,FSH,and INHB in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group after treatment,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the level of LH between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups after treat-ment were lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group's scores were lower than those of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Haima Kidney-Nourishing and Yang-Strengthening Pills for idio-pathic oligozoospermia can improve sperm concentration and reproductive endocrine levels,enhance the pregnancy rate of the spouse,and relieve clinical symptoms.关键词
