连朴泻心汤治疗脾胃湿热型慢性萎缩性胃炎临床研究
Clinical Study on Coptis and Officinal Magnolia Bark Heart-Draining Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis with Syndrome of Dampness-Heat of Spleen and Stomach

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of self-made Coptis and Officinal Magnolia Bark Heart-Draining Decoction on chro-nic atrophic gastritis with syndrome of dampness-heat of spleen and stomach.Methods:A total of 74 patients with chronic atrophic gastri-tis were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment of Western medicine,while the observation group was given self-made Coptis and Officinal Magnolia Bark Heart-Draining Decoction on the basis of the control group.The efficacy of gastroscopy,the clearance rate of helicobacter pylori(Hp),the clinical symptom scores and clinical symptom classification before and after treatment were compared be-tween the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the control group was 81.08%,while that of the observation group was 94.59%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical symptom scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group's above scores were lower than those of the control group during the same period(P<0.05).In the control group,12 cases were Hp positive,3 cases were negative,and the clearance rate was 25%;in the observation group,12 cases were Hp positive,6 cases were negative,and the clearance rate was 40%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of mild patients in the two groups was more than that before treatment,while the number of se-vere patients was less than that before treatment,and all the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-made Coptis and Officinal Magnolia Bark Heart-Draining Decoction has definite clinical efficacy on chronic atrophic gastritis with syndrome of dampness-heat of spleen and stomach,can relieve the discomfort symptoms such as chest distention,stomach heat and pain,bitter mouth,sticky mouth,heavy head and body,and poor appetite,etc.and repair the damaged gastric mucosa.关键词
