四黄散联合间断垂直钢丝缝合加张力带对髌骨下极骨折患者膝关节活动度及骨折愈合时间的影响
The Influence of Four Yellow Powder Combined with Discontinuous Vertical Steel Wire Suture plus Tension Band on Knee Joint Activity and Fracture Healing Time in Patients with Infrapatellar Fracture

Abstract
Objective:To observe the influence of Four Yellow Powder combined with discontinuous vertical steel wire suture plus tension band on knee joint activity and fracture healing time in patients with infrapatellar fracture.Methods:A total of 40 patients with infrapa-tellar fractureadmitted to Fengcheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.Both groups were first given open reduction and internal fixation.Then the control group was additionally given discontinuous ver-tical steel wire suture plus tension band treatment,while the experimental group was additionally given Four Yellow Powder combined with discontinuous vertical steel wire suture combined with tension band treatment.The knee joint pain score,range of motion(ROM),Bostman score,fracture healing time,various clinical indexes and complications of the two groups were observed respectively at the 6th week,the 3rd month,the 6th month,one year and the last follow-up after operation.Results:The knee joint pain score of the experimen-tal group was lower than that of the control group at the 6th week,the 3rd month,the 6th month,one year after operation,with statistical-ly significant differences(P<0.05).The ROM and Bostman score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group at the 6th week,the 3rd month,the 6th month,one year after operation,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The fracture healing time and clinical indexes of the experimental group were better than those of the control group one year after operation,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclu-sion:Four Yellow Powder combined with discontinuous vertical steel wire suture plus tension band can improve the knee function of pa-tients with infrapatellar fracture,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,promote early fracture healing.关键词
