"膝髋同治"针刺疗法治疗膝骨关节炎临床研究
Clinical Study on Acupuncture Therapy for"Treating Both Knee and Hip"for Knee Osteoarthritis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture therapy for"treating both knee and hip"on knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:A total of 56 patients with KOA were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 28 cases in each group.The control group was given Celecoxib Capsules for oral administration,while the treatment group was given acupuncture therapy for"treating both knee and hip".The Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC)score and knee joint function of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 92.9%,while that of the control group was85.7%.The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the WOMAC score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the knee joint function score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture therapy for"treating both knee and hip"can significantly relieve pain,improve knee joint function and increase knee joint activity of patients with KOA.关键词
