醒脑开窍针法联合康复训练对中风后遗症患者言语及吞咽障碍的影响
The Influence of Acupuncture for Activating Brain for Resuscitation Combined with Rehabilitation Training on Speech and Swallowing Disorders in Patients with Stroke Sequelae

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture for activating brain for resuscitation combined with rehabilitation training on speech and swallowing disorders in patients with stroke sequelae.Methods:A total of 92 patients with speech and swallowing disorders with stroke sequelae who were treated in Ganzhou People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment combined with rehabilitation training,while the observation group was treated with acupuncture for activating brain for resuscitation on the basis of the control group for one month.The TCM syndrome scores,language ability,Watian drinking water test score,swallowing,quality of life,adverse reactions and so on were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the control group was 80.43%,while that of the observation group was 96.65%,with a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores and Watian drinking water test scores of the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the language ability,SWAL-QOL,MMSE,MoCA,ADL scores were significantly increased(P<0.05),and there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture for activating brain for resuscitation combined with rehabilitation training can improve speech and swallowing disorders in patients with stroke sequelae.关键词
