雷火灸联合腰椎牵引推拿对腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛及下肢功能的影响
The Influence of Thunder-Fire Moxibustion Combined with Lumbar Traction and Massage on Pain and Lower Limb Function in Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

Abstract
Objective:To observe the influence of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with lumbar traction and massage on pain and lower limb function in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:According to the random number table method,76 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Shangli County People's Hospital from January 2021 to February 2022 were divided into the conventional group and the observation group,with 38 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with lumbar traction,while the obser-vation group was treated with thunder-fire moxibustion combined with lumbar traction and massage.The changes in the pain rating index(PRI),visual analogue score(VAS),lower limb function,quality of life,clinical efficacy,and treatment satisfaction in two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,the PRI score and VAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the Oswestry dysfunction index of the observation group was lower than that of the routine group,while the straight leg raising angle was higher than that of the routine group,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was 94.74%,while that of the conventional group was 78.95%,and the effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).The quality of life score and treatment satisfaction score of the observation group were higher than those of the con-ventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thunder-fire moxibustion combined with lumbar traction and massage can relieve the pain of patients with lumbar disc herniation,improve the quality of life of patients,and promote the recovery of lower limb function.关键词
