益气补肾止喘汤结合中医推拿对哮喘患儿PET、C-ACT评分的影响
The Influence of Qi-Tonifying and Kidney-Nourishing and Asthma-Relieving Decoction Combined with TCM Massage on PEF and C-ACT Scores in Children with Asthma

Abstract
Objective:To observe the influence of Qi-Tonifying and Kidney-Nourishing and Asthma-Relieving Decoction combined with TCM massage on PET and children-asthma control test(C-ACT)scores in children with asthma.Methods:A total of 104 children with asthma admitted to Taiyuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022,all of whom met the clinical diagnostic criteria for pediatric asthma,were randomly divided into the control group and the group,with 52 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment,while the study group was given Qi-Tonifying and Kidney-Nourishing and Asthma-Relieving Decoction combined with TCM massage treatment.The pulmonary function related indexes[including forced ex-piratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)and FEV1/FVC],PET,C-ACT scores,clinical symptom disap-pearance time and clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the ef-fective rate of the control group was 67.31%,while that of the study group was 96.15%,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the clinical symptom disappearance time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the PET and C-ACT scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically sig-nificant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qi-Tonifying and Kidney-Nourishing and Asthma-Relieving Decoction combined with TCM massage can improve the lung function of children with asthma and promote the disappearance of clinical symptoms.关键词
