Research Progress on Diagnosis and Treatment of Precocious Puberty in Children with Chinese and Western Medicine

Abstract
At present,more and more non-invasive diagnostic techniques are being used in the diagnosis of precocious puberty(PP)in children,and genetic testing technology has promoted the development of the diagnosis of genetic causes of this disease.For the treat-ment of this disease,Western medicine mainly treats secondary PP through the etiology,and there is no special treatment plan for idio-pathic peripheral PP.Now,gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist(GnRHa)is the first choice for central precocious puberty.Accord-ing to TCM,the pathogenesis of precocious puberty yin deficiency with effulgent fire,liver depression transforming fire,and phlegm-dampness accumulation,so the treatment focuses on replenishing yin and reducing fire,soothing the liver and relieving depression or dr-ying dampness and resolving phlegm,which can improve symptoms and inhibit the rapid growth of bone age.However,the existing evi-dence level of clinical studies on the treatment of PP by TCM is not high,and there is a lack of strict and comprehensive clinical studies with large sample size.In the future,the efficacy of TCM in the treatment of PP will be verified through multi-center randomized con-trolled and large sample studies.Network pharmacology and animal experiments of Chinese medicine components have proved some mechanisms of the treatment of PP by Chinese medicine.However,the composition of Chinese medicine formulas is complex,and they mostly take effect after absorption through gastrointestinal tract.Whether it can regulate intestinal flora and produce specific flora,and whether the flora can change the level of certain metabolites in the body to play a therapeutic role has not been studied.That's why in the future,more research on relevant mechanisms should be carried out.关键词
