The Overview of Micro-Inflammation State in Patients with Peritoneal Dialysis Treated by Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Abstract
Peritoneal dialysis(PD)is one of the renal replacement therapies for end-stage chronic kidney disease(CKD),and long-term PD can lead to complications such as micro-inflammation state.Western medicine mainly uses ARB,statins,L-carnitine and other drugs for treatment,while TCM treatments mainly include Chinese patent medicines,TCM compounds,integrated TCM and Western medicine.At present,the problems existing in the research are as follows:(1)There is mainly clinical trial research,with a lack of high-quality basic research.(2)There is small sample size of clinical research,with a lack of multi-center,large sample,randomized controlled study,relatively short treatment cycle,and statistical analysis of long-term efficacy data.(3)There is a lack of recognized syndrome standard and diagnosis and treatment specification,and unified outcome indicators.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen the basic research in this field,make full use of modern science and technology to clarify the pathogenesis of the disease,provide more scientific basis for the treatment of PD micro-inflammation state by TCM,improve the clinical research design,provide more reasonable research results,and formulate more standardized diagnosis and treatment standards.In clinical treatment,appropriate treatments need to be selected based on the actual situation,the advantages of integrating TCM and Western medicine treatment should be fully utilized,and the relevant diagnosis and treatment systems should be improved to improve the survival rate and quality of life of PD patients.关键词
