The Postdoctoral Training Model of Harvard Medical School and Its Enlightenment

Abstract
With the training and management of postdoctoral fellows at Harvard Medical School as an example,this paper analyzes the training model of postdoctoral fellows with training as the core and development as the guide,and finds that its successful experience in lofty talent cultivation goal positioning,full-cycle chain cultivation plan,independent scientific research elements,and sufficient scientific research funding support can provide good reference for the reform of postdoctoral fellow training in China's medical schools.Harvard Medical School has implemented specific measures such as supervisor support,career consulting,and social events for postdoctoral fellows,which can provide sufficient guarantee for career planning and guidance for talents and provide ideas for the reform of training and management of postdoctoral fellows at medical schools in China.By studying the training model of postdoctoral fellows at Harvard Medical School,the authors realize the original intention of"combination of cultivation and use",thus creating a postdoctoral fellow training system with Chinese characteristics.关键词
