摘要

Abstract

As a critical component of refrigeration compressor,the flapper valve takes part in the suction,compressing,discharging and expansion process in order to achieve the flow of the refrigerant with single direction.Therefore,the compressor lifetime could be effected by the performance and reliability of flapper valve.Through modifying the raw material composition,employing a new casting technique,and optimizing the heat treatment process,a specific high performance stainless steel novel material was launched to accomplish the localized manufacture of compressor flapper valve.As compared to imported valve materials,the mechanical characteristics and metallographic structure of this product have reached the applicable level;a designed fatigue testing rig has been applied for the examination of impact fatigue life of valve under virtual working conditions,and this product passed the test successfully.Combining the testing results,this developed novel stainless steel can satisfy all requirements for the compressor valve applications.Moreover,this study contributes to research and develop the next generation valve strip steel with higher performance.
