辐射冷却末端实际空间制冷特性及影响因素研究
Research on the actual space cooling capacity and influencing factors of radiant cooling terminal

Abstract
In order to study the influence of cooling fluid parameters on the actual cooling capacity of the radiant cooling terminals,a small room was builded to simulate the actual room,the experimental test of the room heat balance was used to accurately measure the actual cooling capacity of the radiant cooling terminals the room,the influence of flow rate,the inlet water temperature,the way of laying on the actual space cooling capacity was analyzed.The experimental results show that the actual space cooling capacity per unit area of radiant cooling end can be increased both by increasing the inlet water flow rate and by decreasing the inlet water temperature(not lower than the dew point temperature).Under the condition of 0.5 m3/h flow rate,as the inlet water temperature is reduced from 18.42℃ to 14.53℃,the actual space cooling capacity per unit area of radiant plate is increased from 41.48 W/m2 to 95.19 W/m2.Only the top plate laying radiation plate is the best laying way to improve the cooling capacity per unit area of radiation plate,compared with the top plate and bottom plate double wall laying radiation plate,only the top plate laying radiation plate when the actual space cooling capacity per unit area of radiation plate can be increased by 18.6%~46.67%.关键词
