摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the high frequency noise peak prominent problem of reciprocating compressor,the mechanism of high frequency noise generation and control measures of reciprocating compressor used in refrigerator were studied.The modal and transfer function test methods of hammer method were used to quantify the vibration transmission contribution of the movement to the compressor housing.The modal superposition frequency response simulation method was used to improve the design of the structural parameters of the key transmission path,and finally the high-frequency noise problem was located and optimized from the perspective of the vibration transmission path.The results show that among the high frequency components of vibration transmission from the movement to the bottom of the compressor housing,the vibration transmission proportion of the compressor oil pool is the highest,followed by the movement support spring,and the vibration transmission of the compressor tube is the least.The problem of high-frequency noise of the reciprocating compressor is solved from the point of view of the transmission path through the optimization design of the oil injection volume of the oil pool.
