摘要
Abstract
Sponge is widely used in air conditioning because of its good buffering,earthquake resistance,heat insulation,moisture-proof and chemical corrosion resistance.Focuses on the technical research of the sponge pasted in the air conditioner,and studies the factors affecting the reliability of the sponge pasted in the product under the standard working conditions.Based on Solidworks simulation study of sponge paste after the elastic finite element analysis,and based on the experimental research part structure influence on the reliability of the sponge paste,using single variable grey forecasting model of sponge paste in forecast analysis on the status of the different structure parts,and combining with the actual working condition of put forward on the paste process as well as front end design corresponding measures to prevent sponge case become warped fall off.关键词
