摘要

Abstract

Nowadays,the prevention and control of multiple drug-resistant organisms has become the most serious challenge in clinical anti-infection treatment.In terms of improving the diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases and the rational application of antibiotics,clinical microbiology plays an important role.Microbiological technicians must have a solid theoretical foundation and excellent practical skills,as well as good moral and humanistic qualities.However,the current teaching model for microbiological laboratory interns is still mainly based on traditional instillation education,which is the application of lecture-based learning(LBL).This model is too simplistic,lacks effective communication between teachers and students,and is difficult to cultivate clinical thinking among interns,which is not conducive to the establishment of active learning awareness.Therefore,this article adopts a new model of Feynman learning method combined with the concept of outcome based education(OBE)in clinical microbiological testing practice teaching,aiming to improve the interns'ability to solve and analyze problems,guide them to build a professional knowledge system,and provide new ideas for the comprehensive improvement of interns'comprehensive abilities and the high-quality development of clinical microbiological testing.
