维生素D3联合rTMS、阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症效果及对血清25-(OH)D3、BDNF、认知损伤指标的影响
Effects of Combination of Vitamin D3,rTMS and Aripiprazole on Serum 25-(OH)D3,BDNF and Cognitive Impairment Indicators in Patients with Schizophrenia

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of vitamin D3 combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimula-tion(rTMS)and Aripiprazole on schizophrenia and their effect on serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3[25-(OH)D3],brain-derived nerve growth factor(BDNF)and cognitive impairment index.Methods A total of 104 patients with schizophrenia admitted from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into two groups,the observation group(n =52)and the control group(n =52),according to different treatment methods.The observation group was treated with vitamin D3 combined with rTMS and Aripiprazole,while the control group was treated with rTMS and Aripiprazole.Clinical efficacy after treatment,psy-chiatric symptoms before and after treatment[the positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)score],cognitive impairment indexes[insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1),nerve cell adhesion molecule(NCAM),Galectin-3],electroencephalogram and astroglial derived protein(S100B),25-(OH)D3,and BDNF level before and after treatment as well as incidence of ad-verse reactions during treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate of observation group was94.23%(49/52),which was higher than that of control group[80.77%(42/52)](P<0.05).After treatment,score of each item of PANSS,α wave amplitude and serum S100B level in observation group were lower than those in control group,while θ wave amplitude and the serum levels of IGF-1,NCAM,Galectin-3,25-(OH)D3 and BDNF levels in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Vitamin D3 combined with rTMS,and Aripiprazole can improve the clinical effect of schizophrenia,alleviate psychiatric symptoms,improve EEG abnormalities,and reduce cognitive impairment indexes.关键词
