摘要

Abstract

In order to study the performance of an evaporator containing corrugated plate structured packing in the HD low-temperature evaporation system,the fluid motion and mass and heat transfer between the waste water and air in the channel of packing were studied with FLUENT.The results show that both the water vapor content in the air at gas phase outlet increases first and then decreases with the increase of wave width of corrugated plates,and temperature of the air at gas phase outlet increases first and then decreases with the increase of wave width,both of which are maximum when the wave width is 6 mm(the aspect ratio is 1.2).Also both the water vapor content and the temperature of air at gas phase outlet increase first and then decrease with the increase of corrugation angle(the angle between the corrugation and the direction of droplets spraying),and reach maximum when the angle is 45°,at this time,the efficiency of mass and heat transfer between the air in the packing and droplets is highest.There is an optimum value for the influence of wave width and wave angle on evaporative mass and heat transfer efficiency of structured packing evaporator,which provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of structural parameters of structured packing.
