规整填料结构对HD低温蒸发系统中蒸发器性能的影响OA北大核心CSTPCD
Influence of the design of structured packing on the performance of an evaporator in a HD low-temperature evaporation system
为了研究HD低温蒸发系统中波纹板规整填料蒸发器的性能,采用计算流体力学软件FLUENT,对填料通道内废水与空气两相之间逆流接触的流体运动、传质传热过程进行了研究.结果表明:随着波宽的增大,气相出口空气中水蒸气含量先增大后减小,而且气相出口空气温度随着波宽的增大也出现先增加后减小的变化趋势,二者都在波宽为6mm(宽高比为1.2)时最大;随着波纹倾斜方向与液滴喷淋的夹角增大,气相出口空气中水蒸气含量先增大后减小,气相出口空气温度也出现先增大后减小的变…查看全部>>
