采用分组模型的高比转速离心风机改进设计
Improvement design of high specific speed centrifugal fan by grouping model
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the aerodynamic performance of a high specific speed centrifugal fan,the impeller,volute and collector of the original fan were improved by grouping design method in combination with experiments and numerical simulation.The results show that the front disk profile of the impeller has a great influence on the aerodynamic performance of the centrifugal fan at high specific speed.The total pressure and efficiency of the fan are increased by 9.64%and 8.91%,respectively,after the design of the front disk profile of the impeller is improved.Compared with the single arc blade,the double arc blade has higher design freedom,which can realize more precise control of the flow inside the impeller.When the relative radius coefficient and relative blade angle coefficient of the double arc blade are 0.7 and 0.3,the total pressure efficiency is 87.43%.The total pressure and total pressure efficiency of the fan improved by grouping design are 17.84%and 12.79%higher than that of the original fan under design conditions,and the highest efficiency value is 88.58%.The internal flow field is optimized,the flow loss is significantly reduced,and the performance is comprehensively improved.The improved design method of grouping model can effectively improve the aerodynamic performance of centrifugal fans and has practical engineering application value.关键词
