利用冷凝侧回收热调控供液温度特性分析
Analysis of the temperature characteristic of the liquid supply regulated by heat recovery from condensate side

Abstract
In response to the fluctuation of the supply temperature of a certain type of liquid cooling source and the problem of unutilized discharge of condensation heat,the working principle of the system and the structure of the integrated heat exchanger on the condensation side were analyzed.It was proposed that the recovery heat on the condensation side can be used to control the fluctuation of the supply temperature or achieve precise control of the supply temperature.A calculation model and method for the condensation side heat exchanger were established to calculate the main working parameters on the condensation side such as the air inlet and outlet temperatures,the condensation temperature and coolant outlet temperature,as well as the heat recovery amount under different operating conditions.The results show that using condensation side heat recovery to control the liquid supply temperature of the liquid cooling source can avoid dramatic fluctuations in compressor start/stop and liquid supply temperature,and improve working stability of the liquid cooling source;It is the most suitable that the maximum coolant bypass flow rate of the liquid cooling source is about 50%of the total flow rate.The operating conditions for balancing the cooling capacity and total heat load are summarized.The research conclusion can provide reference for the utilization of condensation heat in related fields.关键词
