弹穴位情绪释放法在炎症性肠病病人中应用的适用性修订
Revision of the applicability of flick acupoint emotional freedom technique in patients with inflammatory bowel disease

Abstract
Objective:To revise the applicability of the Flick Acupoint Emotional Freedom Technique(EFT)in patients with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)based on the Delphi method and to construct a flick acupoint EFT program for patients with IBD.Methods:The preliminary draft was formed by searching the literature and revising the flick acupoint EFT.After 3 rounds of Delphi expert correspondence,the final draft of the Flick Acupoint EFT Program for Patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease was formed.Results:A final draft of the program was formed,including 43 operational items and 6 modules:team management,pre-intervention training,intervention technology implementation,discharge guidance,follow-up management,and intervention effect evaluation.The recovery rate of the expert letter inquiry questionnaire was 85.0%,the expert authority coefficient was 0.82,and the Kendall coordination coefficient of the module and operational items after the third round of expert letter inquiry were 0.685 and 0.414,respectively(P<0.001).Conclusions:The Flick Acupoint EFT Program for Patients with IBD formed in this study is scientific and clinically applicable,which can provide reference for medical staff to improve the psychological problems of patients with IBD.关键词
